Access to the website shopsch.co.uk and the purchase of products and services available through this website are subject to the following terms, conditions and notices (the ‘Terms of Services’). By using the services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time. Terms of Sale
By placing an order online with shopsch.co.uk you are offering to purchase a product and subject to these terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
When placing an order you undertake that you are 18 or over, all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
SCH is responsible for all card and PayPal transactions made on our website. Card payments are processed using Shopify Merchant Services and all credit card details are entered on a secure page and are transferred using SSL to secure and encrypt all data.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Refund Policy & Returns
All orders must be returned unopened in the original packaging.
All returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days of recorded receipt.
Exchanges are available for products of an equal value. For exchanges of products with a lesser value, customers will be offered store credit.
Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs of their return/exchange, therefore we strongly advise sending parcels through a tracked courier service, since we will not be liable for any lost items.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled provided that they have not yet been dispatched. If you would like to cancel your order please contact us via email at shopschsupport@gmail.com. Please do this as soon as possible in order to ensure your cancellation is successful.
Pricing
The price for each product is stated in Great British Pound Sterling (GBP). The price in GBP can be converted to a number of different currencies. We try to ensure that all prices quoted are accurate. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate and all prices advertised are subject to such changes. However, if a pricing error occurs we will notify you via email detailing the change.
Availability
We at SCH make every effort to update our products available for purchase. However, if for any reason this is not implemented we will contact you immediately via email giving you two options; wait for the product to be available with an expected delivery date or cancel your order with a full refund credited directly to the credit or debit card used to place your order.
Delivery
We offer Standard UK Delivery (£5.50).
Standard UK Delivery arrives within 3-5 working days.
All International deliveries cost £25.00 and take 7-14 working days.
These delivery times do not apply to customised products or services. Customised products or services usually have a processing time of 10 – 14 days in addition to the delivery time.

The above Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and SCH. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of SCH.
